Meatloaf Sensation



  ● 2 1/2 lbs Ground beef

  ● 1/2 jar (8 oz) Salsa

  ● 1 package Dry taco seasoning ; divided

  ● 1 Egg ; slightly beaten

  ● 1 cup bread crumbs

  ● 12 ounce Mexican Blend Cheese ; shredded

  ● 2 tsp. salt

  ● 1/2 tsp. pepper


1. Combine all ingredients, except half of taco seasoning. Mix well. Shape into loaf and place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with remaining taco seasoning.

2. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours.

Kim’s Notes: Bake at 350° in oven for 1 hour or if using mini loave pan back for 30 minutes. Used tortilla crumbs instead of bread crumbs. Sprinkled cheese on top of each loaf.
